The fourth annual Rocket City Geospatial Conference will be held in Huntsville, Alabama on November 16th and 17th at the Davidson Center for Space Exploration. The one and one-half-day event will include presentations with a focus on the applications of geographic information systems (GIS) and related geospatial technologies to state and local government. The evet continues the tradition of pointing a spotlight at Alabama, and Huntsville in particular, as a major hub of geospatial technology.
