European Union Satellite Centre Selects SimActive Software

In an effort to improve their workflow, the EUSC stressed the importance of fast DEM extraction and a significant reduction in DEM editing over current processes, while preserving high accuracy as the chief requirement.

“Through the use of Correlator3D™, the EUSC will benefit from the world’s only GPU enabled autocorrelation engine, advanced DTM extraction module and powerful DEM editing tools, thereby saving time and reducing costs,” said Dr. Philippe Simard, President of SimActive.  “This provides the EUSC with the necessary tools it requires to produce accurate and timely geospatial intelligence products and services.”

For a live demonstration of Correlator3D™ at European LiDAR Mapping Forum (November 29-30, Salzburg, Austria), please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or visit booth 17.
