Environmental Systems Products Holdings Inc. Reaches Agreement to Sell ESP, Inc.



"This divestiture represents an important next step in our strategy to expand applications of our unique Remote Sensing Device technology across all vehicle emissions inspection markets." stated ESPH President & CEO Mark San Fratello. "This action also allows for greater focus on providing world class service to our centralized market customers" he added.

The company expects the transaction to be complete within the next thirty days.

Established in 1974, East Granby, Connecticut based Environmental Systems Products Holdings Inc. is the leader in vehicle emissions testing equipment and services in North America and provides Remote Sensing Device equipment and services throughout the world.
