"Critigen is proud to be chosen by EAD to develop a mobile field data collection solution to enable more efficient management of biodiversity in Abu Dhabi. Together we will leverage the convergence of technology and environmental data necessary to successfully overcome the challenges currently faced in field work operations," said Rand Knight, Senior Vice President at Critigen.
"We expect this project to enhance the accuracy of data collected in the field while simultaneously making field and office staff more efficient with reduced data collection and post-processing times. Once proven on EAD's bird-monitoring program, this solution can be extended to support all EAD field monitoring activities," said Anil Kumar, Acting Director of EAD's Environment Information Sector.
