Topcon Precision Agriculture Announces Promotions of Schildroth and Haarberg

Jamie Williamson, senior vice president of sales and marketing said Schildroth will continue to “drive the technology and products that will make Topcon the leader in precision agriculture.  Rhett knows the global agriculture market well; he knows Topcon’s goals and mission; he knows what needs to be done to mesh the two to ensure Topcon is a leading global player in this all-important growth market.”

Schildroth will relocate to Adelaide, Australia where he will manage the Topcon Precision Agriculture product team.

In his new position as national agriculture sales manager, Rod Haarberg will focus on dealer development and relations, trade show marketing and product marketing.  Haarberg joined Topcon in 2007 as an agriculture product sales manager.

Williamson said, "Rod's experience with Topcon and his knowledge of the global precision agriculture market will be invaluable in the continued development of the agriculture business as well as expansion of our dealer network in this key area."
