Penobscot Bay Media Opens Office in Washington DC Area

Richard Koochagian will head the office in his position as Vice President of Field Operations.  With more than 20 years of business and engineering experience, Mr. Koochagian has expertise in the operations, growth and management of IT and engineering services in support of government organizations.  Michael Hardy, Manager of Federal Program Development, works closely with Mr. Koochagian in support of PenBay’s federal customers.

“We are pleased to now have an office in such close proximity to Washington D.C., where many of our federal customers and key industry partners have a significant presence.  As always, we are committed to providing them with superior customer service, and opening an office in Tyson’s Corner will allow us to do that more effectively,” said Mr. Koochagian.

PenBay has more than 10 years of experience on multiple government contracts at all levels of government, providing those organizations with enterprise GIS solutions.  PenBay has a growing government practice area extending geographically across the World, serving customers in nearly all departments and several agencies.
