Sidwell GIS Services Support Reassessment in Lake County, IN

Working closely with Nexus, Sidwell will provide Tax/CAMA integration services, and will develop a web map services that bring together all existing geographic and tabular property data relevant to the project in a streamlined interface.  Sidwell will also provide a GIS-based solution for the creation of a neighborhood map.  To aid Nexus in conducting field appraisal activities during the course of the reassessment project, Sidwell will train project team members on developing optimal routes for field collection using GIS. Collectively, these project components will give assessment officials in Lake County a more robust GIS solution to support the process of reassessment.
