he City has chosen Cityworks, the industry leading suite of asset maintenance management products for deployment in the City’s Department of Public Works (DPW). Timmons Group is implementing Cityworks Server™ for enhanced service request routing, tracking and management and for improving the work order management process across multiple divisions.
In addition, the City will be implementing Timmons Group’s Request LoGIStics™ for Cityworks®. Request LoGIStics will assist the City and its citizens by integrating the request intake process of citizen requests for services and the reporting of infrastructure maintenance issues. Citizens and City call-takers will use the web-based request portal to select problem types, identify issue locations and track the progress of submitted requests.
