New Seismic Survey in Southeast Australia

The survey consists of two traverses, one an east-west trending line beginning near Horsham in Victoria and concluding north of Naracoorte in South Australia. The other a north-south trending line which will cross the main traverse just east of the South Australian/Victorian border. Acquisition of this survey is due to commence mid November and it is anticipated that 197km of reflection seismic and gravity data will be acquired.
While in the region, a third 70km seismic line will be acquired near Ararat on behalf of GeoScience Victoria.
