I just got back from a Disney Cruise and I’ll agree that they are incredibly adept at customizing and creating an immersed experience. We, and even the Cruise Director, joked about when Disney would start controlling the weather to create ideal conditions.

Given the entirely controlled environments of Theme Parks, Cruise Ships, and now even Disney’s Island – Castaway Cay – they have an unrivaled ability to provide very precise, engaging, and obviously lucrative, customer engagements.
