Moscow courts have upheld the two-meter resolution restriction on the satellite images that can be distributed by ScanEx in the country, according to Space Daily. The ban that prohibited ScanEx from distributing high-resolution imagery goes back to 2008, when the defense ministry placed the restriction. ScanEx vows an additional appeal, and in their defense said that it makes no sense because the whole world can see the country at greater resolution.
