I had the pleasure of interviewing Mark L. Feldman, CEO and president of Space-Time Insight recently about his company’s solution to provide geotemporal insight to record and track events through time. Feldman has a background of SAP development, and his company’s solution dovetails nicely with SAP and other enterprise solutions by using a web services approach.
The company’s solution timestamps and geolocates assets and enables you to see things in both a space and time context. You can go back in time to see everything that occurred during an event and replay it visually, including things like weather, fires, lightning strikes, floods and earthquakes. They are also able to simulate future events to understand the potential risks and future scenarios.
