Belgium-based EOS Magazine decided that it was time to gauge the opinions of nature, and have connected a series of sensors to a 100-year-old tree in Brussels along with its own website to communicate details about its surroundings. The tree has been connected to a fine dust meter, ozone meter, light meter, weather station, webcam, and microphone. Collected data is converted into human language and sent as regular updates to followers on YouTube, Flickr, Twitter, Face- book, and Soundcloud.? You can also visit the tree’s website at www.talking-tree.com.
